How it works

We make everything to order, and offer free delivery or pickup each week, once or by subscription.  

We make our artisanal products available via pickup and free local delivery to Bloomington and Peoria.  We try to deliver our baked goods fresh from the oven, so when you place an order it gets batched with the others and delivered directly to your door as fresh as possible the following Monday morning! Delivery is available to local addresses in Bloomington/Normal, Peoria and the corridor between.  We also attend some farmer's markets (details below).

Good sourdough takes time, so although we can often accommodate shorter notice, we might need 72 hours notice to guarantee a sourdough product by its delivery/pickup date.

Everyday pickup - Sourdough Boule and jars

A few of our items are available for pickup everyday!  Although, still to order and while supplies last, we offer the Sourdough Boule and items in jars this way.  Please include the date you'd like to pick up in the text box at checkout!  Otherwise you'll get it Monday.  Its usually ready by roughly noon, but it does vary a little and we can run out, so feel free to contact us first if you have any questions about this.

Direct Delivery or Pickup - Mondays

We fulfill direct orders directly!  Free delivery if you're close by, and pickup available to anyone else.  Full menu available.
